A busy week!

So admittedly, I am NOT a writer. Bare with me as I stumble my way into the journey of documenting may doula life, my family life, my entrepreneur adventures and more.

🌱May has been an extremely busy month ( wowza 168 births since 2010! ) So many new babies and new clients booking me for the fall! Just this week, I was present for 2 amazing deliveries! The double Hip squeeze was a big hit at yesterdays birth ( and ow! my arms today are sore! ) . Wondering what that is? Well, it's a magical doula skill that releases tension in the hips and pelvis while also allowing for a widening the pelvic inlet which helps baby engage.

Can I just say.....I'm so incredibly grateful for this career path. I am so fortunate to have been able to take a break from the nursing profession to do something I truly love which BONUS also allows me to stay home with my babies on a day to day basis. Every day, I smile with deep gratitude for my family, my clients and my gifts.
