Financial Assistance for doula support ? Yes that’s a thing!

We believe that every woman and family should be able to access doula support. This is why the Doula Collective of Newfoundland runs a fund that helps subsidize the cost of a doula covering as much as 50% of the fee. Worried you make too much to qualify? Likely not the case! They understand that middle income earners also struggle to pay for the “extras” in life so the cap is set pretty high. I encourage anyone considering having a doula , to apply for the subsidy. The DCNL fundraises every year to replenish the fund and Newfoundland community members who also believe in the benefit of doulas support with their donations.
